Please keep them supervised at all times and clean up after them. We are unable to allow other pets due to compliance. ★ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ★ Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is anytime before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. ★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. ★ SMOKE-FREE HOME ★ Smoking inside the house is not permitted. If smoking does occur inside, a cleaning fee may be required to remove any lingering odors and refresh the space. ★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★ Our home is best suited for up to 6 guests (including both adults and children). If your group exceeds this number, please contact us ahead of time for approval, as we want to ensure everyone has plenty of space to relax. ★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★ We love hosting guests who are looking to relax and unwind, so we ask that parties, events, or large gatherings be kept off the property. This helps us preserve the peaceful atmosphere that makes this place so special. ★NO INDOOR FIRES★ You are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit, however use of the indoor fireplace is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use will result in additional fees, plus any resulting damages. ★ OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE ★ For your safety and to protect the property, we have outdoor security cameras at the front entrance. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home. ★ BUGS & CRITTERS ★ We are in the desert, so occasional visits from little critters may happen! While we regularly treat the property to keep pests at bay, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed to help keep the desert wildlife outside where it belongs. ★ SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ★ Occasionally, we may have maintenance workers (e.g., for hot tub servicing or yard care) come by to keep everything running smoothly. We’ll be sure to let you know in advance if any work is scheduled during your stay. ★COMMUNITY GUIDELINES★ The neighborhood does not allow RV's, trailers, or street parking on the street or driveway. Lastly, our home is not child or pet proofed, so please supervise at all times to keep them safe. Additional Notes: - Rental Agreement: After booking this property, you will have 24 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below. - Government Issued ID - We request a copy of your Drivers License or Passport to verify you are the person booking. This must match the name of the person booking and who signs the rental agreement.
